Hi guys with the changes of 8,1 CoF now “Reduces the target’s attack power by 30% for 10 sec.” My question this debuff is applied to ranged magical specs like mages/warlocks or spriests? Or is just physical? Thanks
Just physical I believe, but it now affects things that were previously unaffected by it, such as rogue/hunter poisons, DH eye beam etc etc anything a melee does to you that isn’t physical damage.

Spec it against melees and hunters as these classes scale with “attack power” where casters’ damage scale with “spell damage/power”.
