Is the attack power reduction noticeable?
With current melee design…not at all
Useless, the curse of tongue can be good VS teams with no dispell and the curse of malédiction is pretty strong I use it when I don’t need reflect.
Ok, guess I take something else than, like nether ward even if casters arent an issue like melee…
Atleast with nether ward you can reflect kicks and things like hoj/strangulation or grip for example 
Nether ward does not protect you from silences(SP), DH kicks (at leats in 8.1).
The silence I have no idea but it should normally cause it’s a magic debuff.
From dh’s kick it does 100% sure I use it everytime vs them.
And remember you can reflect the karma too it’s pretty strong (the magical dot when you hit the monk, not the technic itself)
Yes just confirmed myself, does not reflect DH interrupt.
