does the Cursed pickaxe only work if you can wield that axe ? so like locks priest druid ? it won’t work?
It works if it is used as a transmog or in your inventory too.
Are you sure? its in my bag on my warlock and it never procs.

Are you using any addons? Leatrix Plus for example will cancel out transforms.
Fun fact about the cursed pickaxe.
For whatever reason when the effect triggers and you are a monk that is using zen flight you stop flying and fall and since you cant control when the pickaxe turns you i died some funny stupid deaths
OFC I have addons nothing to remove it thought
It does not work if you can’t equip. I play Druid and it never procced (still in my bag).

It did on my priest around launch. I was invisible for 2 days
