Custom Buff Icons and Tooltips

Hi,

I like to change spell icons for flavor reasons (e. g. choosing more fiery spell icons for a dark iron paladin). This already is an amazing customization option but even if you change your spell icons, the buff/debuff icons remain the same.

Is there an addon where you can also change the icons of buffs and debuffs? Is there possibly even an addon where I can edit the tooltips? Would any of that violate the ToS?

Any reply is much appreciated.

U can most likely turn buff off and make new ones with WA showing whatever you want add sounds and whatnot .

Not sure about tooltips .

If u somehow change game files to show soemthing different in your client , be it tmog, spells mounts etc , thats against tos i believe .
