Customer Service agents resorting to threats/scare tactics

Greetings!

Seeing as Kiemmaki completely ignored the purpose of my previous post, I feel compelled to try once more.

Please disregard the topic of the linked ticket as it’s not really relevant and not what I’m looking to discuss, I’m simply wondering if this behavior is condoned by Blizzard officially?

Seeing as I’m not allowed to include links, I’m forced to post a split up URL. Removing the space after “https” will make it functional.

As I said in my previous post already, we do not discuss this here in the forum and do not comment on decisions as we are not Gamemasters here and do not have acces to accounts.
