so a friend of mine had a problem with his character transfer service. He transfered a character from Gehennas to Mograine, and about a week later his character was locked due to a payment problem.
As there was no “Repay Chargeback” button which was a 1st suggestion from the blizzard, he followed another one advising to put 25€into his account balance and contact customer service.
After he did that, your customer service (who obviously didn’t finish 1st couple of grades because as it seems, the person cannot read), refunded the 25€, instead of taking it and unlocking the character…
Now here is the chat between him and Blizzard… be a judge…

Also I think what the issues is/was. I made the purchase and billed it on the wrong Bank card. I since then removed that card and now the correct one is set up as Default payment method. Now all you need to do is to charge me on that card and it will be solved. Hopefully
