I’m a bit puzzled about the survey after my ticket got finally resolved. The third GM, Thuinnar, who actually solved the achievement related bug was 5/5, but two other GM’s before were like they didn’t even read my issue: 1/5.
So when I’m completing the survey, for who I’ll be giving the feedback? I have one 5/5 and two 1/5
Did you get individual surveys for the others? Otherwise you can rate the experience overall. The survey does cover questions like how many times did it take before your issue was resolved etc.
There is also a box at the bottom for any additional comments.
The survey is directly on the representative, it’s not an overall stuff about how many interactions, etc. That’s why I want to give the correct feedback
