Purchased some items from the shop, 1 purchased incorrectly.
Went to get a refund on the incorrect item, it failed to do so. Tells you to open a ticket.
Sounds easy enough, except can’t find anyway to open a ticket. All I get is the run-around from the automated system.
So how do you open an actual ticket?

Tried it, it didn’t work, all it did was take me back to /en/help.
It’s only a character transfer, one that will never be used (only play on one server).
As they don’t have any decent customer service, at least the character transfer will act as a reminder to not buy anything from this game.
So as far as this game is concerned, this whale is now beached.
