For a while now I have had a small issue and as I see it it is a super minor one, but at times it can actually be a problem like times where I have sendt a GM ticket and are waiting for a reply and then get one, then this issue becomes a problem.
If you click the link it will show you a picture of the issue that seems to be happening to me about 99% of the times when I go to the Customer Support window and that is that everything in the window is all black and nothing else.
All the buttons on the left side do show what they are ment to show, but the thigns in the Knoledge base button seems to eather take FOREVER to load or never load at all.
Is there something I can do to fix this or is it just simply something that is SUPER slow in the loading?
