So yday i realised i preordered SL on a US starter edition account instead of my main one which is clearly my mistake so i make a ticket about it only to find out that my estimate response is 14 days… I mean really? 14 days? I managed to get 6 days off work just to enjoy this and its a nightmare. On top of that all the phone numbers disappeared. We cant even call you… Which makes me think what do i pay for… Thank you for your time. Enjoy Shadowlands everyone !

Wow that must suck. But i’ve learned to never trust blizzard. Trust in the light trust in the purpose.

What kind of garbage response is that? It’s not Blizz’s fault he ordered the wrong product and RP’ing his way out of this isn’t really, well, sane.

Apparently i did search for it… Since its on my US account it doesnt show as my last payments… so i still have to make a ticket about it… and guess what… i have to wait for 2 weeks :slight_smile:

Dont bother with him :slight_smile: some people think that 2 weeks wait time is normal… until something happens to them…

It wont give me an option… I double checked… since it only shows the latest payments to refund i have to make a ticket about it…
