Just short information abouth our support team , i got banned without reason , i was asking support team to provide me some evidence to see when i did that and how i did that (that include from what character, what server anything to help me see what happend ,because i never did that ) ticket after ticket they instantly resolve it and they dont give me time to speak with them just case is closed … After few tickets of me asking them just for evidence , i got warning that “If we continue to receive tickets regarding this penalty, further restrictions may be applied” . Im asking if anyone got some exp with problem like this , does blizzard dont have to give you anything abouth related issue , they did punishment and thats it ? I just couldnt find anything abouth this . Thank you in advance for answers.
In the other thread you said you got banned for a similar reason, namely boosting advertisment.
Blizzard only gives you a general reason for example, "This account was recently caught advertising in the World of Warcraft Group Finder for in-game services like boosts or carries. This may also include advertising external sources or websites.” and they do not have to give any evidence when requested.
Yes that was reason why i got banned , so they dont have to give me any evidence , so how i can be sure that blizzard is doing right thing ? External sources or websites doesnt get even included in my opinion because first of all im not even close to boosting or carry someone , And how i can be sure in their ban ? When they dont give you review . It is kinda lame , because this is like you are going in jail and u dont know for what … pretty much like that. I am just dissapointed because i cant ever know what really happen there . For me that is not helpful at all . In the end i cant do anything abouth it because it may happen again like this and can lead to permanent ban , because i never been boosting someone or carry and far far away from advertising someone .
You accepted their legal Terms pretty much giving them this ability to do so.
But I do agree, they should include some more examples so people can avoid it in the future. Unfortunately this is how Blizzard bans works I’m afraid.
