Customer support

Dear Blizzard,

this is bassicly an open letter. I may be alone in this, but I think that lately the customer support of Blizzard is severely lacking.
When I have for example a technicall issue I get the same list wich I can already find on their website rather then the creative ideas they used to offer. I am talking to a script nowadays.
I find it incredibly dissapointing that when you followed all the steps on the website and then eventually end up contacting a game master where you SPECIFICALLY mention that you followed all the steps, they just send you back to those very steps wich you just undertook.
It feels more like a stuck in a loop AI support then actual humans. It would explain the shorter waiting lines but I prefer longer waiting lines and good help then spend 10 times in the same queue without a solution.

Blizzard, I ask you, do something about the current customer support because it is severely lacking in my opinion. And I can’t imagine I am the only one thinking like this.

honestly a few weeks ago i would have agreed with you but i had the best experience lately. had a totally bugged out world quest that was needed for part of the BFA Meta, within 30 minutes i had a dm in game from support, they legit went to the area, saw what i saw and it was fixed. from start to finish it was 60 minutes. And this was 11pm on a sunday.
