Customize login fonts/design

Hi there,

I know it’s possible to change the used ingame fonts by placing a “font” folder into “C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft_retail_” and name the font files like the original font files.
I’m wondering if this is possible to change the design/look of the login screen and the char select screen. Further more if it’s allowed by blizzard.

Anyone an idea?
