Hi, I’ve just leveled up this alt to 70 and I can’t upgrade the gear I got from the Emerald Dream questline.
I’ve read that there is a mob Cuzolth who gives you the options to upgrade your gear but he doesn’t do anything for me.
Is there a questline to unlock upgrading items? I haven’t found anything over the internet.

That is the upgrade guy in Zaralek Caverns. I don’t know if you need to do it, but there was a questline for that area that explained how to upgrade items. You got a quest trinket and needed to upgrade it, blablabla.
Cant you go to the upgrader in Valdrakken itself? At the sim-totems (where you can try your rotation and stuff).
The emerald dream itself also has an item upgrader (but also had a small questline?).
Cuzolth is the upgrading guy in the Emerald dream and is unresponsive.
I went to Corxian in Valdrakken near the PVP vendors and it worked, he can upgrade.

In Season 4 the emerald dream upgrade and crest exchange vendors were disabled and moved to Valdraken, just outside the auction house.
