So i have noticed that Cyrce’s Circlet gives lower stats sometimes. I have not nailed down what abilites that triggers it but it it quite frequent at least. Took some pictures with the stat drop but stormbringer drop to around 200 and fathomdweller to around 500.
This is on a ilvl 639 character so quite a lot of stats
It it super annoying and i have no idea what causes it. Anyone else have the same issue?
