I have 2 different alchemists on Venoxis. After I leveled the first one, transmuted living steel and played a bit I decided to level the second as well for exorbitant prices just to get the second living steel I should get. Instead I find the recipe on cooldown the very moment I unlock it. Considering I levled up with elixirs and then transmuting the red gem 10 times, this should not be the case. Both characteres are goblin alchemists and transmutation masters.
This is not the case for scribes as i have used the daily scroll on both my scribes already. They get to craft one each (as it should be). From what i gathered so far its an issue specifically for the alchemy daily living steel transmute.
