Adding to this thread - on Ali can see quest giver, however on Horde the exclamation marker shows on the map, but there is no NPC

Same, can’t find the npc, on horde

Same, horde only. Can’t do dailies. Without Lovely Charm Bracelets that have been removed, quests are the only way to get Love Tokens besides the dungeon.
Does everything new have to bugged? How is this not tested?
