Do you want me to post a screenshot of your “recent posts” page? Its literally about 40 one-liners of “buff dh” “dh is bad” “wtf 3% need 45%” “omg ww op, dh weak” “wtf is blizzard doing”.
I have the honor to be the recipient of some of these mind-expanding distillations of wisdom on some of my 4 paragraph posts where I explain why DH is in no dire need of further buffs, not anymore than say survival hunter or frost dk, by presenting arguments, facts and statistics.
I’m legit giggling like a lil girl every time you reply to one of my posts. Please never stop doing it, I can’t express how much it makes my day.

Eh what? your guild is 2/10 mythic and you’re playing the “you dont think dh needs buffs because you’re bad at the game” card… I won’t even get into how creepy it is that you stalked not just my logs, BUT THE LOGS OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE GROUPED WITH ME. I only have 2 questions:

If my opinion, as well as the opinion of people in my guild is irrelevant because we “need to watch tutorials on how to play the game”, why do we have TWICE your progress in mythic CN?

Even if we were indeed worse players, what does that have to do with anything? All my comments are based on competitive logs from top guilds, not my own personal experiences.
(also 3rd bonus question, how do you MANAGE to have 219 ilvl and be unable to progress past huntsman? do you guys set yourselves special challenges, like “each group goes afk for 30 sec, rotating” or “you are not allowed to have buttons on your action bars, all actions must be performed with /cast X”?)
Well, just wanted to say that I have not played much pvp in BFA or Legion. I guess there were other things to do, I mean the community were doing other things (M+ new raids, etc.). So I was doing some PvE content on my dh.
In comes SL, now I have to do PvP to get gear, also the community is doing PvP, so I have to do that as well. In all honestly, it would not be bad if DH was not the worse class to PvP atm.
Havoc is in a really bad spot, it is very difficult to even find people who will want to play with you in arena. RBGS, Vengeance was a nice niche for some time I hear, but now druid is top, so hard to get even into RBGS.
So how can one do any PvP if dh is the worse melee atm.
And btw, warriors can go Arms, they do not need to reroll the class, same with rogues going sub to nuke face.
My two cents in this discussion.

What good is kiting if you can face mongoloid warriors who can trinket air to chase you without a worry in the world to kill something I have to pray for “the hunt” to crit if not I have to run for my life for the next 1.3 mins to repeat the process and pray again please crit please crit.
Our damage without the hunt is poor the DH that made me reroll in legion with the mobility and utility of legion is not the DH of today.

Choas strike hits ridiculously low in pvp blade dance can actually crit for higher than chaos strike ever with the bis leggo on. Makes are kill potential super weak outside of using the hunt as and execute. We are actually one of the highest sustained damage classes in arena but when other classes can out damage us in alot less globals it just feels bad.
Realisticly we would be better off if blizz took back the aura buffs and gave a flat 30% buff to chaos strike even then we wouldn’t be near top but the class in general would feel a hell of alot better in the mix of content.

Chaos strike hits with both weps tho so maybe thats why the lower numbers. DH has some niche tricks to dodge some spells with meta or rain from above which is also nice. It seems it’s just a bit harder class to play currently. Thats strictly pvp tho. In PVE its hard to proggress after Sludge because ppl kick u for being low dps
