What time is the daily reset?

8am UK time same as its been for the last 16 years 
Asking because I remember some years ago(In MOP) it was 3 or 4 am wednesday when the raidfinder reset so I was not sure.
I have seen the daily quest reset message at 4 am and the world quest resets, along with new callings at 9 am recently.

9am Server time atm. Changes with Summer and Winter time. Can just check any of your weekly lockouts.

I remember the old days of 3am resets
It was a badge of honour to be kicked off when the servers reset then.
