Dalaran Defenders Gear/Residual Memories

So I am looking to try and get the Dalaran Defenders Gear. I’m aware of the vendor where I need to buy form using Residual Memories.

When I look up how to get ‘Residual Memories’ It only seems to be during an event which is no longer taking place.

Is there any other way I can get Residual Memories? or the Dalaran defenders gear?

I haven’t had much luck finding anything other than what I have mentioned above.

Any hints/direction would be much appreciated.

No, as this was a pre-patch event and associated rewards.

No*.

*You could take a look around for similar looking transmog.
