Dalaran, Northrend teleport while leveling?

Is there no way to teleport to Dalaran for a lvl 67?

I have Jaina’s Locket which opens up a portal for me to get there. You can also buy the Kirin Tor Ring to get to Dalaran or go to Menethil Harbor to catch a boat to Grizzly Hills or take the boat from Stormwind to Borean Tundra.

Boat from Stormwind to Northrend, Flight to Dalaran. Either set your hearth there or do the intro quest which I think unlocks the SW portal
