Damage dealing as a Resto Druid question

Hello!

I decided to go with resto druid for Dragon Flight and I’m having a blast! I’m currently blasting through mythic dungeons and one thing that I don’t really understand is how I should do my dps rotation.

Is it better to go in cat form and dps that way, or is it also fine to just spam moonfire + sunfire on all targets and then starfire them down? I don’t really like going into cat form so I was hoping the last option is also viable?

Thanks!

In dungeons: Go Catform and start Swiping and applying Bleeds (also keep Moonfire/Sunfire up if possible).
Eventhough catform uses agility, applying multiple bleeds on top off your sunfire/moonfire DoT is insane.
Also, because catform swipe = AOE.

In Raids: Go chickenform and moonfire/sunfire etc.
Why? Because Wrath = ST.
You don’t use Catform bleeds because it’s only one target, no biggie.

Resto cat scales with INT. Something worth noting for those of us who are used to weapon swapping for cat from the old days.
