Also a change like this was clearly needed (well its not a change yet) and let me tell you finally being able to fight most classes as a warrior without dying in 3 seconds is great.
Finally some skill based pvp (and yes there are outliers here ofc they will need to tune some stuff) but it finally feels rewarding again to use CC.
People are complaining because they finally need to know how to play the game instead of rolling their heads on their keyboard and killing stuff.

if only every class had some kind of interrupt to disrupt a warlock doing that… its almost like there’s a million tools to prevent someone from sitting there and channeling a 5 second spell on you.

Those guys got as much resilience as we all got here in SoD.
No player with a decent enough amount of resilience gets one-shot like that. Simple as that.

100% agree. Blizzard once again made a bad choice and is killing world Pvp, which was the only enjoyable part of SoD and why people are here. The game is now tasteless like Wotlk & retail pvp. nice
Does anyone know the exact numbers on the dmg reduction? From my testing it should be 50%? Which I honestly think is too much (if it is really 50%). I mean why would they start with such a ridiculously high amount. Why not start with like 20% and see how that feels first? Makes Healers and Mortal Strike too strong right now. I am all for some damage reduction in pvp but please a sane amount…
its 50% yes wing clip used to deal 25dmg but it was to op so its down to 12 dmg so maybe 51% idk tbh
The warrior he dueled was full PvP geared, a lot of them had decent PvP gear. Warlocks in arenas could do 12k+ Chaosbolts alone, now add an immo and a conflag and someone can easily get deleted way too fast.

No, I got close to 1900 rating, but clearly not enough. Once I had a decent amount of PvP gear I stopped being one-shot, and I was a priest, but sure, they’re all in full resilience gear, ofc ^^
I just did a few BGs. Havent had time until now, and its 10times better than it was before the dmg reduction. Just need some tuning in the dmg, and the healing (and make it count on pets aswell)
