Damage while out of combat

Can someone explain.
I’m taking damage while out of combat.
I start a fight and sometimes even after killing the mob i still getting damaged until death. I resurrect pick a couple of fights, and after a while same thing, i’m being damaged out of combat until dead.

On what character? In which zones? Under what conditions?

My immediate suggestions are:

1. Look for debuff indications top right of your screen or below your character bar/portrait
2. Look at the Combat Log/What Happened to Me tab of your Chat box
3. Look at the Damage taken of your Details/Recount/Skada addon, if you have one

Sounds like a DoT.

In Dragonflight, watch out for the Rhinos in Ohn’Ahran Plains.
They have a Gore which will do the same and kill you easy after combat has ended.

(So don’t stack 5 of them haha)
