When I use this skill with Blood Boil it puts two stacks as spected,
But if I try to reapply the debuf it’ll remove the one from the runeweapon.

Also I feel like this skill is so underwhelming. 1min CD for 4 sec, that u loose 50% of it because of the GCD of everything, so u can duplicate like melee 2 skills.

It needs a revisit, either increase the time to 5-6 secs or remove it from GCD.

  1. The debuff from DRW drops off when DRW fades, that’s how it’s always been. 2. You’re using the PvP talent that reduces the duration and cooldown by 50%. Normally it’s 8 seconds on 2 min CD.
