I had a similar dilemma and ended up being an Elemental Shaman. I think the totems of the Dark Iron are pretty cool, and you can fit their Heritage Armor better to a Shaman than a Mage. (It’s the main reason I regret my only dwarf being a mage, Dwarf heritage armor is very plate looking.) Shamans have more earthy/lava themed sets and weapons that also fit Dark Iron quite well.
You can also use the lava themed fist weapons from Mount Hyjal!
Shaman… They make amazing shaman and they mog really well. Just look at mine https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/character/eu/argent-dawn/drenholm
I play enhancement and elemental they are great at both. I’m currently playing enhancement at the moment they’re easier to level in Legion & Bfa due to the scaling but elemental in endgame are spectacular
Uh. When you look those vanilla iron dwarf NPCs (when you play in classic) they fit well into fire mage or elementalist picture. And since in warcraft master of elements is a shaman, then shaman fits dark iron dwarves perfectly.
Oh, I know you from seeing in SW on AD.
I would recommend that you level the character within the Korrak’s revenge event for two hours, so he hits 120 easily!
And make sure you get the Gurubashi Arena trinket there for at least 50% more EXP, almost nobody is there because you get it all year.
Honestly, I just don’t see. A race which summoned Ragnaros and got got enslaved by him, “cursed” with the fireblood and the red eyes, should not be able to be a shaman. I actually prepared a dwarfen shaman for the upcoming Wildhammer skin options.
Well, yeah. But most of us want to play a fantasy game which isn’t driven by 16-year old characters with immense powers or Barbie-like dolls. Do you really believe it is right to call other player’s fantasies “trash” when your ones are very simple as well?
