To be frank that one is already old, already seen people that claim most of what you guys do is headcanon.
Not speaking of what they claim to be headcanon.
PCU made the Jailer. Don’t @me with disagreements.
PCU ruined my financial choices and made me homeless.
It reminds me of Genn shouting “Sylvanas!” when he so much as stubs his toe.
I dont even get on with the PCU these days and was accused of being PCU on another game for simply having rules against ERP within a guild, the brand truly transcends WoW, for better or worse.
Maybe one day… for now I’ll wait for it to blow over😏
So, no erp is PCU, erp is no PCU?
I dont know, Im not in the PCU, but yeah I was accused of being a member despite not playing wow since Wotlk at the time, simply due to those rules, and got kinda…blackballed from some things due to it lol.
Only two of my characters are guilded. One of them is in a guild that’s been inactive since 2019 but I won’t leave because I like the tabard. The other one is the only person in my one-man vanity tag guild, so for all intents and purposes I don’t belong to a guild.
I don’t know what guilds are in the PCU because it has zero bearing in my life, but I’ve still been accused of being PCU for the crime of… adhering to the lore? Refusing to interact with people who RP in bad faith because I prefer standards?
Either that or refusing to believe that each and every member is the spawn of Satan just for being in one of their guilds.
They hate us cause they ain´t us.
But also, what I´ve noticed is that some people have created this demonized version of PCU in their head. No matter what we do or say, our intentions must be evil because we´re pure evil. So, if someone RPs a concept that these people disagree with, it´s obviously PCU trying to create drama. And, on the other hand, if someone RPs such concept and is met with disapproval, it´s obviously evil PCU trying to ruin their RP.
We´re truly the Illuminati of WoW RP (and just like Illuminati/Bill Gates/George Soros, we´re at the same time the greatest threat to the good people because of our unlimited power, and constantly seething because we´re being defeated by the good people).
Well yeah, I think its no secret by now that on the forums I generally dont get on with some of those guys, but honestly all my rp interactions with them was cool and the one time I was in a guild full of them, I cant say anything bad about those specific folk, to tarr all is abit ridiculous, and at the end of the day alot of us get on with some people and not with others, regardless of the tag above their char.
Technically, pretty much all RP is headcanon since our characters don’t exist in the lore…
I mean, I think there are two kinds of anti-PCU’ers:
-First you have the loud vocal ones that believe you’re evil and will ree at your mere mention, but in the process sometimes reveal themselves as being just as vile as what they accuse you guys of being.
-Secondly you have the ones with legitimate reasons for disliking you lot, but atleast they just steer clear of people they are never going to agree with and just do their own thing aslong as they are left alone too.
Those are atleast my experiences, and in the case of these screenshots, we’re clearly dealing with example number one.
True. Stormwind is a pious nation, so you’d expect some to treat their enemies in line with the three virtues.
See that guardsman over there? That’s Joe the Guard. Joe the Guard lost his grandparents, parents and two of his older siblings to the onslaught of the Old Horde. Joe the Guard had an aunt and an uncle and several cousins, they chose to stay in Southshore instead of moving back to Stormwind after the Second War. They were still living there when the Forsaken attacked the town.
Joe the Guard married soon after returning home and lost his firstborn son after he joined the army to follow in his father’s footsteps, dying at the hands of the Horde during the war in Pandaria. He had a younger son who died at the hands of the Forsaken during the Siege of Lordaeron, he joined the army to avenge his brother.
Joe the Guard does not like the Horde and their presence in Stormwind aggravates him.
But they are all inside of the city already, implying Joe the Guard’s superior already allowed them inside of the city. And none of them are doing anything diplomatic, they are just waltzing around the city.
This is true, a guard would never attack someone resisting an arrest or questioning on the grounds of them being an unaffiliated dark ranger.
Who would win
Thurgo the fat dwarf from runescape (he has a redberry pie) or a stormwind dark ranger
Clearly. They can evade literally anything.
Clearly it’s fine if I bring my alliance side dark ranger to stormwind… right?
Poor Joe is no longer fit to serve as a guard.
You seen this happen?
