Why can’t we use this toy in combat Blizz? And can we please fix the genderbend effect on it… I dont wanna become a male blood elf when i am a female when using it. It is a great trinket besides the CD, the genderbend and the no combat allowed.

Do you mean that toy “Dark Rangers Spare Cowl” or other item with same name? Because that toy always changes me to female belf not male. I have never had it turn me into male belf. Is it random then? I always though it picks same gender your character is.
