Is there any run speed buff it doesn’t stack with? Specifically, does it stack with Body & Soul?
Well, I made the character and it doesn’t feel like the two effects stack for 80%. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. If it doesn’t stack with other effects, why would it say “an additional 40%”?
Wowhead can usually tell you if the spell effect is Apply Aura: Increase Run Speed % or Apply Aura: Increase Run Speed % - Stacks where the former doesn’t stack while the latter does.
A general rule of thumb is that permanent speed buffs stack and temporary ones don’t.
