This trinket does not make the wielder say: Madness! upon killing blow, as stated in wowhead page. This feature: is not working : * Extra: The player will occasionally exclaim “This is madness!” This is similar to the things said by NPCs in combat. It is not controllable.

also 2 of the potential buffs are not present, the 5% dmg and the haste buff do not proc once for me after hundreds of kills
edit: on my pala, he is meant to be able to get any of the 8 buffs

I up this thread cause i got issue with my trinket aswell :
I am warrior & proc from trinket called Sociopath (35 Str) & Kleptomania (35 Agi) never show up once.
No issue with Delusional (70 AP) Manic (35 Haste) Martyr (35 Stam) Paranoia (35 Crit).
Please fix my trinket
meanwhile as a prot pala i do not get 70 ap 35 haste nor 35 crit, even tho im supposed to get it. i only get 35 strength/stam/inte, sp buff and thats it
edit: killing mobs with only melee affects this, i get 35 strength + stam always if i do melee kills without seal, with 3rd buff being inte, killing mobs with spells prio’s 35 inte, 35 stam, sp buff
