Great design. Anyways I also argue that 70% was terribad design.
For a 3 min cd that doesn’t even block sight like smoke bomb, it should just be 100% chance, basically makes you immune for 6 second while you are standing inside. You still can get pushed out or just be cced, so it wouldn’t really be a bubble.
even 3 sec duration with 100% would be better than 50% of garbage that the implement now

If i am completely honest the amount of times i have died through big dark anyway (70%) is unreal. such an unreliable defensive. even more so the fact that blur has been bugged all season providing around 10% dodge its a joke.
It is not bugged just Rng, When dh do darkness what you do it you gamble your burst,if you miss you miss aint not bigg deal, if it lands dh dies. Still i liked old DH way more, That leech in meta was amazing, I enjoyed fighting Demon hunters.
Bugged how? I can confirm blur is dodging hits, encountered this often enough in PvP.
I can also confirm darkness working as intended in 9.0, otherwise it wouldn’t be used in raids or PvP. What’s different in 9.1? If it specifically broke for 9.1 you’re on the wrong forums.
