Hey guys and gals,
I’ve been trying to complete the Halloween candy achievement in the Eastern Kingdoms but it seems like I’m phased in Darkshire, Duskwood,
I’ve tried everything, but im still phased into an odd scenario where there are no pumpkins and all npcs are hostile,
tried going there with an alt, which could see the pumpkins and loot the bucket,
anyone experienced something similar? how do I phase back into reality 
Is this on a Rogue?
The only thing that comes to mind is that a Legion order hall quest has been left incomplete. There’s one where you get sent to Darkshire because its leaders and guards have turned to the Legion.

I was able to wowhead quests in darkshire that have to do with rouge,
apparently, its a quest I never even started, picked it up and abandoned right away, it was enough for blizzard to perma phase me into it tho.
the quest is the Assassination rouge quest leading to Garona in stormwind.
