Is the Darkspear getting any Heritage armor? If I level my Darkspear starting from now would that count when I eventually reach level 110? Or do I have to wait until it’s confirmed then I will start leveling?
Leveling correctly is not required, just be max level when it comes out and be exalted with your people.

with the old races ( blood elf , tauren , gnome.etc) you just have to be exalted with your faction.
you dont have to level to max unlike the allied races

Yes, likely during Shadowland’s X.X.5 patches.
Personally I believe we will get these pairings:
9.1.5: Nelf - Darkspear
9.2.5: Draenei - Forsaken
9.3.5 Pandaren, if they aren’t extinct till then…

I think sooner it will be Darkspear and dranei.
Nelf is linked to Forsaken just like Human to Orc. All of them got their “heritage” armors in Warfronts. Draenei and Darkspear have no quest and no warfront so they are clearly top priority.
Well… and Pandaren. The most forgotten race 
I know - but given that Tyrande will likely perish during the 9.0 storyline and there is no conclusion for the nelves, it’s likely they will be handled in 9.1.5 Same goes for the Forsaken, after they lost Sylvanas and look for another reason to go on.

Rip Human and Orc heritage.
Humans and orcs already have the warfronts sets. 4 of them instead of just one, not to mention the guards armour that is also themed after them. I don’t think they need more.
What I want to see after they are done with the missing races, is heritage weapons. All the sin’dorei themed weapons are grossly outdated, and I think some races don’t even have anything that is themed after them. An arsenal for each race would be very welcomed.

Their “Heritage armor” can be found in Zul’Gurub and Zul’Aman dungeon, with the purple color.

Nelf will be with forsaken, I think.
I think Human, Night Elf, Orc and Forsaken will be the last races that will get heritage armor (since we have warfronts sets). So I would say that there is a big chance that the next armor will be for trolls
So do the Night Elves and Undead though, also I don’t think guard armour suits a race’s heritage (unless Humans get some nice-looking Lordaeron guard armour), all races have guards with their own armour.
Truth be told, Humans should get armor from all the kingdoms, bar Kul Tiras and Gilneans, since the folks from Stormwind are in fact a collective from all those.
Greenskin Orcs should also get armor from what clans survived at the time of the founding of Durotar/Orgrimmar.
If that’s the case I really want to see all the troll tribes as heritage armors. Especially since we are getting green skin and sand troll customization

Hmm. Aside from the Farraki and Drakari, we technically have heritage armor for the Amani and Gurubahi trolls, or at least the general layout of those… Perhaps with different masks for the different minor tribes within the large groups?

Only allied races get their heritage at 110, core races must be exhalted with their races’ reputation bar and reach 120, they also do a quest to gain the armor. Also, the Darkspear toy is probably what the heritage armour for them would look like.
False. You must level without a paid boost and you cannot change race/faction to gain heritage sets. For a darkspear to earn its heritage upon its release would need the character to have originally been a darkspear, be exhalted, be level cap and do the quest. If it was originally any other race or from the alliance and changed to a troll, it would not work, same with level boosts that you can buy, those negate heritage sets. Once earned any level can use it, true, but to earn it, you must have been a troll originally / always and have exhalted and level cap.
