Datamined Midnight season 1 tier set bonuses: something is wrong

I’m checking most of the sets and they make sense until I found Restoration Shaman set bonus… It says:

  • Shaman Restoration 12.0 Class Set 2pc Unleash Life’s cooldown is reduced by 3.0 sec and its direct healing is increased by 100%.

  • Shaman Restoration 12.0 Class Set 4pc Unleash Life affects an additional spell cast at 100% effectiveness.

Am I drunk or isn’t Unleash Life going to be removed in Midnight?

If you read this week patch notes again, they say they reintroduced it.
