Dawnthread Lining embellishment not stacking if using x 2 - Fixed by dying and forcing both buffs to apply

Dawnthread lining, if using 2 of the embellishment on your gear, is currently not stacking and is only applying one of the buffs.

Blue silken lining, shadowflame patches in dragonflight all stacked and gave double benefit if using x 2, I don’t see a reason (or it stated anywhere) that it should be different for Dawnthread lining in TWW

Tried unequipping, equipping in different orders, relogging, restarting client, nothing fixed it
