Can confirm. Dying as arms thru parry and defensive stance while ret is hitting me for over 300k in 1 sec with wings, so I have to run, kite, lose damage so I don’t get killed by ret. On top of already existing insane burst of ret they gave them a consistent damage, I don’t know what to think anymore I’m not rational and all these changes are questionable.
That isn’t true at all. Rets don’t even have the GCD capacity to do that and the hardest hitting spell is 200k crit on zero mitigation.
