Horde npc is still missing and we cant do Love is in the Air event at all.
Fix asap and give us some free love tokens when at it

And this is one of the reasons why I never really care or pay attention to these seasonal events, as they always come with something broken, never gets fixed on time and they do not prolong the event due to the problem, which was reported on the day of said event xD
Plus the rewards from grinding the tokens/currency are normally not really worth the time investment.

They fixed it, place got refreshed and she’s up now.
It worked for me but others are saying it’s still broken for them. I went to the new hub (same place as brewfest) and today the Tauren NPC was available stood outside by the big love heart gate.
I did the introduction to the vendors/npcs at the new location and then that unlocked two dailies for me.
Yeh, still not there for me. Took the breadcrumb quest from the orc commoner in Org and can see her ? on the map but she is not there.
Managed to get the quests by searching on LFG, people with the NPC up have been making groups for you to get your quests picked up, (big props to them!) so check there if you are still missing Mahaja Cloudsong.
