Dazar Alor NPC’s gone

So Dazar Alor NPC’s are completely gone aside from one robot Dwarf NPC standing outside.

I tried logging out and in, nothing

I tried Arena, nothing

My warmode is off

I tried exiting and returning, nothing

And no, it’s not the Zandalari unlock quest as I already finished that. Obviously.

I’m on my Vulpera main

It’s on Argent Dawn

You have done the BfA intro on that Vulpera, right? The one where you walk around with Talanji. Just asking for clarification, since someone on reddit suggested that as a solution.

I’ve done it on my Druid, the Vulpera was originally Alliance

I think the specific character that is not seeing NPCs needs to do the quest.
