Yesterday i dct 2x in the 1 round and lost like 240 cr i mean if someone leaves on purpose i understand it but from a dc i find it kinda rough but it is what it is blizz wont do anything.
and it snot even that my internet was gone or something.
but i heard from others that they had the same issue 1 round for no reason a dc.
On the contrary, players demanded Blizzard to do something about “leavers” even when a good portion of them is unintentional or “internet issues/other technical issues” so Blizzard relented and added this penalty.
Only feedback could reduce or remove it entirely if you got any you’re welcome to use the ingame suggestion panel too.

Well not really, players wanted leavers to be punished. Not random DCs from someone that usually never does.
What I don’t get if I have a DC I insta kickt Out of the Soloq getting the - even I logg back in Asap
And then are people that don’t move for a round or 2 and then play again and say oh I got a DC ? HUH
My best was so far a full played lobby I got 4-2 wins and saw the endscreen/, saw the points I gain then. I pressed leave and alt F4 while loading the city because I was in hurry too leave, next time logging in -150

If you got 2 dc’s in a short period, it sucks, but it also tells you to look at the issue. Your team mates are suffering as well. The -150 CR was introduced later, because there was extensive abuse
DC and leaving cannot be distinguished from a technical POV - it is like pulling the cable from your router or a hiccup across the line as Faithbender stated.
It was either they implemented this feedback or get accused of not listening to the playerbase. Damnation in either direction.

Yes but there would be workarounds the lobby could freeze 
if someone have a real DC and wait 2 min and the guy that have a real DC can try too logg in again
(Too not abuse it you can only have one freeze a. Month)
Also mosten the lobby would be way better off if someone DC himself that it get played full out, if you have a guy loosing all3 first rounds and you are with him, he often would lost against you and you will end in a 3-3, if he leave you are on the scoreboard with 3 lost rounds and will loose maybe raiting but sure MMr
Of course a leaver and a DC can be distinguished. One is someone clicking leave, another is someone disconnecting. Regardless, you can tell if its being abused by how consistent the DCs are. Even just a 30 second wait for DCs would save A LOT of games from prematurely ending.
This is the first time i agree with this 
i was especially surprised by this phenomenon in HOTS when a person who afk or ruined game received lesser punishment than the one who was disconnected at the character selection phase 
Interesting, but how do you know he is an entertainer on profession? I mean, I also think your use of shuffle retocalypse as indication of anything holds no value but I’m still not guessing your choises of occupation based of it, I just call it pointless without saying more 
Spaghetti code I guess, I have got few dozen dc aswell I’m guessing from mc bugs and the like, without having any internet problems otherwise and I were able get back even on same round but sometimes it hand the deserter debuff immediately. Hard to make any dc protection for this though, for the obvious reason that ppl would use it. I got dc from priest fear and as I log back I’m suddenly falling through the floor and sent on journey through azeroth and heading towards its core. And that counts as lost round too. Then I have someone trying flame in the chat as the next round is being prepared. Just put it all in same folder as anything else nonsensical in shuffles
I think I can live without the opinion of someone with 1600 cr 
I dont put any value on anything someone trying use retocalypse shuffles says, especially if they are trying to use welfare achievements as some exp or flex on arena forum. Everyone with any sense knows how pointless it would be.
