My brother have a verry big problem whit a dead autenticator key . He cant login at battlenet or the web site to remove the key on his account , how i can help him out pls ?

Through an alternative method. Ask your brother to select what method he can use, otherwise he can make a dummy BNET account - not with the same email as his current BNET one he’s trying to recover to regain access after providing a copy of an ID.

It should let your Brother remove the authenticator temporarily so you can attach a new one. He will need to answer some questions about the account.
If that does not work then he would have to contact support and have proof ready to upload that he is the account owner so it can be removed.
