Deadly Gladiator for free+Spam Wintergrasp BUG?

Hello, i have heard of two big bugs which to me seems game breaking because this is not how WOTLK was back in the day

  1. You can buy Deadly Gladiator offset pieces without arena rating requirements
  2. You can apparently spam wintergrasp and get tons of wintergrasp gear+Honor fast. In actual WOTLK you could only play one wintergrasp every 3-4 hour

Does anyone else know about these issues?
To me this is huge because it takes away from battleground farming+Wintergrasp farming being active and everyone can get deadly offset which should require arena rating.
