Dear Blizzard. Could you please let me buy Rib-Cone Choker of Dominance rank 3 so I can finally finish my Essence Overload achievement after many years? It says it requires 1400 PVP rating to buy. Why does solo shuffle or rated blitz does not count as pvp rating. If it’s not a PVP rating then what is it?! 
I know it was added before solo shuffle and blitz even existed but come on, you had enough time to hotfix that!
Have you tried doing it in 2v2? Going up to 1400 does not require any type of difficulty
