The amount of instant spells in the game currently is NOT Fun. This is such a retail thing to have. U can go from 100-0 from just looking at a shaman. Decoy totem Instant cast after instant cast.

Mages are so bad, the team with most mages loses
We started as Classic + but this is so far away from classic u can come
Remake and rework. If this is what 60 is going to be its gna be even worse than retail

SOD really is bad, terrible unbalance, lots of bugs but most of all, it really adds nothing new, all content is recycled: talents, raids, zones, even the emerald incursions are just a phased version of the world instead of an actual new zone. What about BRD? It would have been the perfect moment to add a new zone/raid/dungeon beyond the door at Bael Gar instead of reusing Sunken Temple.

Again… instant lava burst happens on a 5% prof chance on flameshock damage tick.
Nobody bothered to learn shaman spells until SoD so now when they dont roll over us in a BG its suddenly OP…which it isn’t.

Maybe if people actually reported the handful of trolls here they’d get a forum vacation.
So why not just report the trolls?
You’d be incredibly much happier if you just never cared about PvP.
95% of the compaints (from what i’ve seen) is just PvP player tears.
It’s not a game mode that matters or is important, stop caring about it.

Very true mon. Could have had a huge raid behind Bael Gar gate or a new zone east of burning steppes. Instead, sod adds random rune here and there. Nothing new at all.
What about those of us who play wow mainly for pvp? Most of the PVE content is useless and too easy. So with pvp broken the game doesn’t have alot to offer. Which is something to complain about.
Without pvp i see no reason to even play the game, pve is a fun minigame to get some gear.

Sir that would require the dev team to actually develop new content.
Sod smells like it is a bunch of game designers and junior developers patching together classic with retail/cataclysm assets, during a short pre-determined timeline.
No new items, models, etc is made, no new mechanics etc, all reuse.
The only things that are changed are health numbers, thumbnails, etc.
Items are classic items + new stats.
Adding a new mob with an existing character model with a new name is not what i call new content.
I find the incursions hillarious.
Its as if you paint a picture of an apple and then ask someone to paint one too in the same style.
So the someone takes a photo of your painting, prints it out, then claims “look, i did it”.
They just took the Silithus quests and repackaged them without any real innovation.
I would have been disappointed if you went back to 2005 and told me whats behind the scary boss at each mysterious portal was just the same zone but with a green tint, almost no lore, and some simple mobs and quests.
Plenty of other games for that. Entire genres of games solely for PvP, MOBA, FPS, Fighting games you have gotten a new tekken, street fighter and a Mortal Kombat very recently.
There’s also MMORPGs like Black desert that are mainly PvP focused where you fight other for Grind spots and even big clan vs clan battles.
The “Useless and easy” PvE combat is why a lot of the playerbase is here.
Most MMORPG’s focus on the extremly hard and difficult combat.
It’s nice to have one for the useless and too easy crowd as well.
You don’t have to turn this game into something that it is not, When you have so many other games to choose from.
Comparing mortal kombat to wow pvp? Not even the same genre lol. I have played over 10k hours of moba, it’s not the same kind of pvp anyway… just a different game entirely if that’s what i want obviously i wouldn’t play wow.
Why do you think pvp servers are more popular than pve servers? People do pve to get a gear edge when they pvp. In the end alot of players actually want to pvp.
Player vs player combat is where you get to try your real skills, in pve you just beat a boss with certain strats you can learn and then they become easy.
Balanced wow pvp is interesting, maybe you never tried it properly?
I don’t want to engage with the “Stand next to the quest giver and kill people until they unsub” crowd for any reason, so no. It’s been many many years since i ever entered a BG or did any kind of PvP.
I think WoD was the last time i did BG and MoP the last time i did arena.
Did you ever try black desert?

You seem to confuse decent pvp battles with farming quest givers or low lvls. I guess some skulled player killed you repeatedly and that’s why you decided pvp wasn’t for you. That’s the griefing pvp most people hate. Doesn’t mean i want to give up pvp altogether to pick my herbs in peace in a world without any real danger.

I get it you don’t enjoy pvp, i don’t care if you’re good or bad at the game and that’s not the main thing here. Having both pve and pvp content in a game would please more people, just because you enjoy fighting dragons only doesn’t mean that pve is everything this game shoulder offer.

I don’t enjoy the constant complaning from PvPers or the constant Griefing you do in the open world.
If you enjoy BG or arena then that’s fine.
