Dear Blizzard

State of Blizzard “customer service” is fun.
Maybe they can try add some sort of advanced AI because what I saw is fun and unacceptable.

I remember days when real time live support were be active. These guys did great job. They were allways helpful and ready to assist players with their issues and questions.

Nowdays it seems like broken robot.
On Reddit are topics with tickets when every question is skipped and just copy pasted same answer even 5 times in row. What a joke? Let be honest they lying to us with “no-automation” because for question like:
“Are you a robot?” They answer with same copypasted message. Something like about violating conduct etc…
Real human will answer to this question. This algorithm works suspiciously. Maybe its old or bad scripted (propably get a better programmer)

Also in my case. I changed phone and lost my authenticator access. So I sent ticket. I was asked for additional information. Unfornately I noticed their response later. But they decided to automaticaly without additional info provided to remove authenticator. I am not mad about it… But what if this action wasn’t performed by me but hacker? Seems like security issue.

I love Blizzard games like wow and diablo 4… But customer service need to change.
As a holder of few stocks I am glad to their going… But they stopped taking a care about playerbase and this is unacceptable for company like this.

I have a “problem”, a mount hasn´t dropped from an achievement, for over a year.
Last year they told me a bunch of stuff to try, nothing worked so I just gave up. Tried again a few weeks ago to put in a ticket and had to wait for over a week to get a “copy paste” answer asking me to do a bug report… I answered the ticket, saying that I already did and that this bug have not been fixed for over a year. The answer I got was a guide on how to submit bug reports… I answered once more saying “so your are not able to help me or do anything about this?” and got the "how to submit bug report guide answer again.
It is sad because I enjoy playing but these things bothers me alot since we pay monthly to play the game… At the same time I keep playing so maybe that sends a message to Blizz that they do not need to fix thing, we gon play anyway… But idk

that is one and only thing that i dont like about blizzard these days .their customer service was already lagging behind times and now with current layoffs and talk of being outsourced seems to have further made the things worse .

also a sidenote i havent gotten any confirmation but can you play diablo 4 without a phone number and authenticator attached to an account ?
as i have the same problem .i changed my number too and since then the new phone number doesnot receive sms from them and they proceeded to remove authenticator too .

It definitely feels as if they’ve outsourced CS, and the company is being paid by ticket volume with no regard for support quality…

what did you expect man?
wow players never complain.
and if they complain mvps and other wow players will try to shut them down.
they cant tolerate any Criticism even it helps to fix the problem and create positive changes.

i know most of the people in this forums are under 15 years old but imagine this huge and titanic toxicity.

and at the end blizzard is seeing these and they will never bother themself to fix this kind of problems, at max they create a tmog set in the shop because in their opinion players will buy everything and play the game no matter what.
