Tomb of Sargarus, fell off the side and now whole group can’t revive or be revived, please respawn us or something.

Sadly you have to help yourselves. Open up the in-game Support window, and scroll down to ‘Self-Service Options’. Choose “Stuck Character Service”.
Already done that, didn’t fix anything 
Try creating an in-game ticket. Be prepared the ticket might spend weeks in queue before it reaches customer support.
