I think Death Charge should get the same brief internal cooldown that Death’s advance has with Death’s Echo talented for two charges.
I noticed with Death Charge, that it often uses both charges on activation. Especially if I’m using it in a panic/as an escape, and I know part of this is that I use a Modifier-Scroll bind for the ability. Death’s advance however hasn’t had this problem at all for this and last expac, and after some testing I found that Charge doesn’t keep the ICD that DA has.
Just to push that here, i reported the exact same issue on the beta forums when EA for TWW started.
Death’s Advance had the same issue when we got 2 charges in Dragonflight but the Dev gave it a internal delay so people like me who use mousewheel up or smth for that type of ability dont use 2 charges instantly.
Death Charge sadly didnt got the treatment and i hope someone of the Dev guys saw that so we get a fix eventually in the near future

this works the number is the seconds you cant reuse the skill so its 2 seconds for now.
idk finding some weird castsequence rules going trough to just fix it is kinda scuffed ngl.

I’m pretty sure you have hold down button casting enabled. You should try disabling it and the problem should be fixed with that
that its correct but its suboptimal for dps so i wouldnt do that 
Yeah saw and stalked the chatter on discord this morning and evening. Had no luck with the macro at first, but now it’s working sometimes-but-not-always. Better than nothing.
I’ve also Bug & Suggestion feedbacked it in game, hopefully add to dev visibility. Probably all just an oversight oopsie.
