Death due to server crash

I have played multiple different iterations of Wow throughout the years, but none have been as captivating and engaging as hardcore. The thrill of knowing every mistake can be your last, and how every upgrade and piece of gold matters really enhances the experience.

However, what completely breaks this amazing experience is knowing that, at any point, I might die do to service dispurtion. This does not add any fun or value to the game.

If being “unlucky” and dying because the server went down is part of the game, then this game is not for me. I will not go again and this marks the end of our 20 (on and off) year long relationship.

Best regards

100% agree with you, playing from 2004. And feeling the same. If the provider we pay to play fails to give us platform where their mistake goes “unpunished” everything becomes pointless! Its not about loss of char or starting with leveling over and over again, its part of HC but as u say, not like this!

Truue, wow player for 14 years. Died to server outage recently. Will not be re-subbing if this isn’t addressed within the month. Shame there is 0 acknowledgement of even having downtime on their end at the moment.
