Hey i did a bit of lore research regarding WOTLK, and i am making an undead death knight, but i was wondering how do you call or what is the right term for a Death Knight who uses Decay/Diseases as magic? Since arcane casters we mostly call them arcanist, or for fire it can be pyromancer, but how does it work with a disease/deacy death knight?

As far as I’m aware there isn’t a “right” term for it. It’s just Death Knight.
Unless you want to go for Unholy Death Knight, but that just sounds clunky imo and has its roots in the spec/gameplay elements.

A good option would be (assuming that you use TRP) to simply feature in your character’s glances/description flavour text that refers to their specialisation – maybe their presence leaves flora mottled and rotting in their wake, as though they corrode life by their presence, or maybe there’s a sickly aura that causes mortals to feel unwell around them.
But for something more tangible: in Acherus, there are students for the three spec teachers. Lady Alistra has a group of NPCs called Disciples of the Unholy around her. Not a very catchy name, but it’s the closest to a canon option.

Plaguebringer works (it’s also the name of an Unholy talent), though strictly it’s used by some Royal Apothecary Society types.
Yeah at the moment i have titled myself as Plague sister and my TRP it says Undead (Human) Third Generation Ebon Blade Plaguebringer
There arent really any specific naming conventions used for that particular role, if I recall correctly.
But could alway’s go for Plaguebringer as said before, or perhaps Plague Knight
Can I just say that there’s no need to spill your guts in your TRP profile either. People are going to find out these things naturally through RP.
Short and intriguing beats walls of fluff any day.

Also my opinion.
In titles, class and race I always prefer a short but interesting explanation over a lengthy one.
If I were to type it (my personal opinion) I would just type undead death knight, or human death knight. You’re not making a treatise, you want to be remembered by your RP not your titles/lenghty profile. If you’re a death knight everyone knows you’re an undead, your generation doesn’t matter much unless you’re of the first gen.
As for Unholy, just place it in the at first glance bits.

I love big TRP’s and since some undead RP as undead elfs to put it simply its handy to set it as human i personally think, and i just love em big TRP profiles ^^

Always keep in mind that it may be cumbersome for other people to read, especially for those with dyslexia, et al.
Short and sweet is the core of accessibility.
Your TRP should give people quick information about your character. The meat of the content should come IC, in my opinion! A book isn’t interesting just because it’s long.
