Got some general feedback about the talent Soul Reaper.
Currently it feels very underwhelming to use and its main use is only in raids and high M+ keys. Why dont you redesign the talent a bit?
I was thinking of something like this:
Strike an enemy for (44.88% of Attack power) Shadowfrost damage and afflict the enemy with Soul Reaper.
If the target is below 35% health this effect will deal an additional (205.92% of Attack power) Shadowfrost damage to the target over 5 seconds. If the enemy that yields experience or honor dies while afflicted by Soul Reaper, gain 10% mastery.
Essentially this turns SR into a dot and if the target dies while affected by SR you get 10% mastery, similar to Unholy Tier set from patch 9.2. (That tier set felt so satisfying to play)
And unrelated to SR, DKs also need a raid buff badly… something like 3-4% leech to everyone would be a great bonus.
