Hi guys. I would like very much to play a death-knight, but when I see where it all begins and what do I have to do to get at least to level 10, I give up. Not to mention that in order to transmogrify my gear or heirlooms with deathbound gear appearances it says that I need to be at least level 48. I hope I don’t need to buy a level 60 boost from the shop. Please make a portal to stormwind and orgrimmar, so we can quickly get into action after speaking with the Lich King, and let us start with level 48, so we can easily transmogrify to deathbound gear and use wraithchill illusion on that big deathbound sword. Thanks.

you can also make a allied race DK and u jump right into action, ie, leveling
leveling from 1 to 10 shouldnt take u that long, the new intro scenario feels like longer

It’s quite a good story in the DK starter zone, although I’ve not played it for a while. A skip wouldn’t be beyond reasonable these days (If you’ve already done it once).
A friend was helping me with one of the World Event Achievements where I needed to turn a certain set of race / classes into a Turkey or a pumpkin or some such. I needed an Orc DK, so he said he’d go make one (we both forgot about the starter zone) and so I had to wait for him to finish that before we do the Achievement. I wasn’t waiting that long, maybe half an hour?

If you rush through it, it’s pretty fast yeah. Maybe an hour minimum though.
What the hell is wrong with you? The dk starting zone is a pretty good and interesting zone.

I liked the starting area. Hearing the lich king when you kill innocent people is cool.
It only has one annoying quest, when you need to attack people with a special knife, to turture out information.
More quest like this and the legion class hall, please.

Best thing you can do there. Make tauren, get quest where to steal horse. Find the smallest one and have fun.

I don’t know, I’ve seen claims that it’s considered a fan favorite. For me not really though, especially the quest where you have to torture scarlet crusaders for information. Its RNG is so bad you can spend 5-10 minutes just right clicking mobs until you get it to proc.
Yeah that one, and it’s technically a sword with a dagger’s looks (Flarethorn) as DKs can’t equip daggers.
